According to an article on http://staging.infoworld.com, the Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry [1] will drop their software licences from Microsoft within the next two years. It is said to be about a quantity of 400 workstatitions to be replaced with other operating systems, such as Linux.
From my point of view, this is a brave and very strong statement.
