hi, i'm new to PHP and i find your news script very usefull for me.

now i want insert a new textarea. but when i insert this in shared.inc.php, the output in the textarea is always "0".

how can i solve this little problem?

The functionality of the script is limited for what it is: simple news handling. With some extra effort you will be able to change it to your needs but from todays perspective you should change to a script using a database like MySQL or eventually SQLite.
