Walmart sells a PC at $199.86 offering:
– 128 MB memory
– 10 GB hard drive
– CD-ROM drive
– Integrated 10/100 Ethernet connection
– LindowsOS 2.0 operating system [2]
– Modem and floppy disk drive
are not included
Apart from the modem that one probably won’t need and a disk that is too small, this sounds quite reasonable. Is it the OS, that “forces” such a low price?
