The Swiss radio station Couleur 3 [1] is providing its podcast under a Creative Commons license (by-nc-sa) [2,3].

La Radio Suisse Romande reste propriétaire des droits, mais soutient une diffusion libre de certaines chroniques et émissions hors de la sphère marchande.
Vous pouvez télécharger ces sons de la Radio Suisse Romande sur votre ordinateur ou votre baladeur numérique, les échanger sur les réseaux P2P, graver un CD.

The podcast feed is available here [4]. Personally I think that this decision is a encouraging step in the right direction.
