Heard about Eyeball Chat Video Messenger just recently and it was interesting to hear, that they have a patent-pending Any-Bandwidth Technology [1]. Well, I was reflecting back on a problem we had in Switzerland, when customers ranted on the provided bandwidth.
So, the Fachhochschule Rapperswil [2] came up with a measurement kit that runs in a browser and actually calculates the real bandwith. The question one might ask is, what was state-of-the-art at time of patenting [3].
