URU – you are you global ID

\”URU [1] (You Are You) is designed to make identity mix-ups such as the recent arrest of pensioner Derek Bond in South Africa as one of the FBI\’s most wanted men far less common, say the developers of the system.\”; found on BBC [2] is takling about a global identification scheme [3]; I think we had that already this week [4].

Of course Switzerland is not far behind; currently a global ID is discussed as well [5][6].
