Total Information Awareness

Roger [1] pointed out an NZZ article [2] from last Sunday. Today I found that heise.de [3] article on behalf of the US-European agreement [4]. The question arised, how Switzerland will behave, if swiss domestic airlines occur the same situation. There is currently no official statement, AFAIK.

Yahoo reported \”[..] In return, the United States gave assurances about the \”appropriate handling\” of the records, which include not only names but also the passenger\’s itinerary, contact phone number and other details, such as credit card numbers.\” [5], which gives an impression, what kind of data we are talking about.
