Japanese Copyright Law Reform

Karl-Friedrich Lenz [1] discusses a Japanese copyright law reform. If you are not familiar with copyright law at all, there is a good intorduction to it on cric.or.jp [2]. Protection for movies has been prolonged from 50 to 70 years for movies, from the date of their publication; in Switzerland it is still limited to 50 years [3].
